Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Medical Device Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex medical devices in a cleanroom or controlled environment, following strict regulatory and quality standards. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to patient safety and product effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and components using hand tools, microscopes, and specialized equipment.
• Follow detailed manufacturing instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Accurately complete documentation including production records and quality forms.
• Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
• Identify and report any issues or defects to supervisors or quality teams.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and production teams to support process improvements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in medical device assembly, electronics assembly, or a similar regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precision assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, instructions, and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE.
