We have continued to strive for greatness which speaks for itself, as we enter our 20th year in the industry. This type of achievement we are humbled and proud to share with others as we would love to stay in business another 20. With the continued loyalty and care from our customers and clients, we know that another achievement of this magnitude is possible. That being said, we are looking to expand our family here with another technician to add amongst our other excellent and qualified mechanics.

Role Description

Due to our latest expansion at The Shop CT, we are currently looking to fill new positions. Bringing in members to our already large Shop Family is both new and exciting. Being that we take immense pride in those who work for us, they must represent who we are as a company. Someone with a positive attitude, eager to work and overall a beneficial team player. As the onboarding process continues, we are yet again searching for new hires. With all that being said, we are looking for new Automotive Technicians who are experienced and have a passion for this industry. We are handling the workload as best as we can with our current staffing, however, due to our continued growth - we are searching for new applications.

Qualifications / Responsibilities

• Autotechnicians must be a certified technician with at least 5 years of experience in the automotive or performance oriented field.
• All employees must be incredibly punctual, arriving to work on time ready to go. A strong work ethic is essential for a career at The Shop CT. 
• Independent thinking is a critical component, actively taking on work into your own hands - however - help is always available if need be. 
• Mechanics must come with their own tools / tool boxes as they are not provided by other technicians or management. 
• Lastly, future hires must have a positive attitude and willingness to work alongside others. The dynamic is very close, where all consider one another friends / family. Individuals who negatively impact the working environment will be terminated. 
• Background checks will be conducted prior to the hiring process, to ensure that all individuals on board are a perfect fit for The Shop.
