We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help our client in the healthcare space ensure customer-facing materials are flawless and compliant. If you have a proven track record of meticulous proofreading, project coordination, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities: Be the gatekeeper for content accuracy: Rigorously proofread and validate all marketing materials to ensure they precisely match approved content and brand guidelines. Your keen eye will be especially critical during our Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Ensure compliance: Collaborate closely with our internal creative team and external agency partners to guarantee all marketing material and campaign designs meet necessary regulatory and legal standards. Manage project flow: Take the lead on assigned marketing projects, maintaining detailed timelines and status reports. You'll proactively communicate key milestones and potential risks to stakeholders. Support content integrity: Review and validate copy against "Source of Truth" documents, making sure every word is correct and consistent. Track and report: Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets for tracking key metrics related to marketing initiatives. Coordinate external reviews: Project manage campaigns that are sent to outside proofing agencies, ensuring smooth handoffs and timely feedback. Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed to support our customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing support, project coordination, or content review role. Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills are absolutely essential. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with marketing project management or automation tools is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
