Job Description

Actively seeking a Legal Marketing & Content Strategy Coordinator for a FULL TIME & Hybrid Role . The position is fit for a candidate who has 2+ years of Marketing & Content related experience, preferably with experience within a Law or Professional Services Firm, with strong writing, verbal, and editing skills REQUIRED.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York, NY

SALARY: $75 - $85K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• Excellent drafting, editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 2+ Years of Marketing, Content, and Strategy related experience REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and project manage thought leadership publishing workflows, collaborating with stakeholders across the global team to ensure timely publication.
• Create and publish website marketing content ensuring alignment across all relevant firm communication channels
• Ensure that content is correctly formatted, edited, tagged and optimized for SEO
• Produce weekly internal thought leadership roundup reports for global partnership.
• Maintain content publishing calendar.
• Develop, update, and maintain lawyer bios ensuring accuracy and alignment with firm policies
• Measure, track, and report on related ROI/KPIs
