Job Description

Marketing & Communications Manager

Location: Coppell, TX (On-Site Role)

Who We Are

At Fonroche Lighting America, we are transforming the way outdoor spaces are illuminated with off-grid, solar-powered street lighting. As the industry leader in autonomous solar lighting, we provide municipalities, developers, and commercial facilities with a cost-effective, reliable, and sustainable alternative to traditional grid-connected lighting.

With our U.S. headquarters in Fort Worth, TX, and regional offices nationwide, we are rapidly expanding—offering a dynamic work environment where innovation meets impact.

We operate with a strong set of core values:

  • 🌎 Humility – We listen, learn, and grow together.
  • ⚡ Dynamism – We thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • 🎯 Risk Taking – We innovate boldly to drive meaningful change.
  • 💪 Commitment – We stand by our mission, customers, and team.
  • 🤝 Community & Team Spirit – We achieve more when we work together.

About the Role

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you’ll bring clarity, structure, and accountability to our growing marketing function — while also owning how we present ourselves to the world. This role combines operational oversight with communications leadership: managing timelines, reporting, and content pipelines, while also acting as the voice of Fonroche across press releases, case studies, brochures, and web content.

You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, Marketing Director, and cross-functional teams to keep marketing efforts on track and messaging on point. If you're highly organized, a strong communicator, and excited to grow with a fast-moving company — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Marketing Dashboard: Build and manage a centralized dashboard that tracks KPIs, campaign results, PR timelines, and deliverables.
  • Project Management: Maintain a master marketing calendar across mailers, PR, trade shows, brochures, and digital campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the key connector between marketing, sales, operations, and leadership to ensure aligned priorities and smooth execution.
  • Communications & PR: Write press releases, coordinate media outreach, and ensure external-facing content reflects our brand voice and tone.
  • Execution Support: Keep marketing projects on track by managing deadlines, deliverables, and recurring check-ins.
  • Content & Asset Organization: Help gather and organize photos, testimonials, case studies, and other assets for use across campaigns and materials.
  • Wear Many Hats: Contribute wherever needed across a lean team — from proofreading to strategy — with energy, flexibility, and drive.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 4+ years in marketing operations, project management, or program coordination—ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills — you can shape a clear message and maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Dashboard & Analytics Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, or project dashboards (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Organizational Excellence: You’re a detail-driven planner who can juggle multiple workstreams without missing deadlines.
  • Results Orientation: You’re passionate about measuring impact and creating accountability—not just checking boxes.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to translate creative projects into actionable timelines and status updates for executive leadership.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, marketing automation platforms, and basic design file formats.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy working cross-functionally and bringing clarity to fast-moving teams.
  • Experience with press/media coordination and content development
  • On-Site Requirement: This role is based in our Coppell, TX office for optimal collaboration with leadership and the marketing team.

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive Salary – Based on experience and capabilities.
  • Strong Team Culture – We celebrate wins together and believe in open communication.
  • Onboarding & Ramp Support – We’ll set you up for success with onboarding resources and access to leadership.
  • Benefits Package – Includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
  • Generous PTO Policy – We believe in work-life balance and time to recharge.
  • Growth Potential – Be part of building the structure and strategy behind a high-impact department.
  • Purpose-Driven Work – Help amplify the impact of sustainable, off-grid solar lighting solutions nationwide.
