Residential Maintenance Technician

Location: Hamilton County, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Compensation: $27–$32 per hour (depending on experience)

We are working with a well-established property management company seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Maintenance Technician to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks
• Maintain and repair residential apartment units
• Prepare vacant units for turnover in a timely manner
• Ensure overall curb appeal and property upkeep
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous residential maintenance experience
• Strong technical skills across general building systems
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently
• HVAC and/or EPA certifications are a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
