Are you Mechanical Maintenance Technician or Supervisor, looking to come off the tools and step into a leadership position, where you will receive first class management training to progress your career further into senior leadership & operations management.
On offer is a chance to work closely with the Plant Manager & Engineering Director, managing your own team of mechanics while receiving guidance to become a technical leader in the industry.
This company are well known within the niche, and are now looking for a Mechanical Technician/Supervisor to put their own stamp on an essential department within the business.
This is a day shift, Monday to Friday role, where you will oversee daily plant operations. You will be responsible for growing your department and driving efficiency and continuous improvement efforts on exciting new machinery.
This role would suit a Mechanical Maintenance Technician or Supervisor, who is looking to come off the tools while remaining in a technically challenging environment.
