Kelly Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a well-established, safety-focused metal parts manufacturer in El Monte, CA (91731) . 📍 Position Details

• Location: El Monte, CA 91731
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ( with overtime as needed )
• Pay: $25–$27/hr DOE (Plus potential for long-term growth and upskilling opportunities)

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment (motors, pumps, etc.)
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
• Support general building maintenance and facility upkeep
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to 6S, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement projects

✅ What You Bring

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required (trade/vocational training a plus)
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical (110V–480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Welding, plumbing, and fabrication experience
• Ability to read technical schematics and troubleshoot issues effectively
• US Person status (required for ITAR compliance)
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy equipment as needed
• Comfortable using basic computer applications (Word, Excel)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
