Job Description

Our client is looking to hire full time Logistics Specialist

This role will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm onsite.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage warehouse receiving and shipping operations, ensure the accounts are consistent with the physical goods.
• Perform shipping and receiving related ERP transactions.
• Organize warehouse inventory and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline and optimize shipping workflows.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of all transactions within ERP to ensure accurate data for operational efficiency.
• Work closely with Accounting & Procurement teams to clear any accounts receivable discrepancies.
• Support administrative logistics tasks and coordinate shipping
• Responsible for data entry of all required inventory activity

REQUIREMENTS:

• GED or high school diploma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience shipping via FedEx, UPS, DHL is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in inventory management, logistics operations is preferred.
• Proactive and able to identify gaps and implement operational improvements.
