Logistics Coordinator

Chester, PA | Direct Hire | $50,000

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups with carriers and customers
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues
• Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving documents
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Support the team with general administrative and logistics tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Interest in learning and growing within logistics and supply chain
