Position Overview:

If you're looking for a rewarding career where you can learn, grow, and develop professionally, this is it! As a Loan Officer Assistant at Innovation Mortgage, you'll get to shadow licensed loan officers, learn the mortgage industry from the ground up, and take your career to the next level. We'll provide all the hands-on training and support you need, plus we'll help you get licensed to become a loan officer.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Learn from licensed loan officers and leaders to see how the team operates daily.
• Call exclusive lead sources to obtain business.
• We'll teach you everything from the basics to the finer points of the mortgage process. No experience? No problem! All you need is the 3 C's – Coachable, Competitive and Conversational.
• Work hard, play hard! Between your training and calls, take a break in our hangout areas, grab a snack from our kitchen, or challenge a coworker to a game of ping pong.

What We Offer:

• No experience is required: don't worry if you've never worked in the mortgage industry. Our leadership team will help develop your skills.
• NMLS mortgage licensing: our leadership team will help you prepare to get licensed and cover the fee.
• Growth opportunities: start as a LOA and work your way up to becoming a licensed loan officer.
