Job Description:

The Loan Documentation Specialist will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and finalizing loan documentation for multiple loan types. This position requires strong compliance knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process loan documents for consumer, commercial, mortgage, and other specialized loans
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Support lending staff with documentation questions and provide process guidance
• Accurately enter loan information into systems (including LaserPro)
• Track and monitor incoming loan requests and assign accordingly
• Meet strict deadlines to ensure timely customer closings
• Identify, correct, and follow up on any documentation issues
• Collaborate with peers to meet team goals and support overall department performance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in loan documentation, or equivalent financial services background
• Familiarity with banking regulations and loan compliance requirements
• Proficiency with loan documentation software (LaserPro preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume work accurately
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Setting: 100% in-office
• Contract-to-hire position
