We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of substantive litigation experience to join our dynamic legal team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle all stages of litigation, from case assessment and discovery to law and motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Represent public agency clients in state and federal courts across a wide range of litigation matters.
• Manage a diverse caseload independently while collaborating with other experienced attorneys.
• Participate in strategic planning, risk management, and client communication.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with strong skills in motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
• Trial or arbitration experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters and client expectations.
• California Bar admission required.

Salary - $140,000 - $225,000/year
