The Buckeye Law Group, a dynamic and rapidly expanding personal injury firm, is actively seeking motivated and passionate staff to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care and achieve outstanding results.

In this pivotal role, you will be the crucial connection between clients and our legal team, ensuring that each client's unique needs are addressed from consultations through case resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong and valued communication with client.
  • Organize and manage all records related to personal injury cases (i.e. medical records, medical bills, Medicare/Medicaid liens, etc.)
  • Perform general data entry tasks to support case management activities.
  • Prepare all documents needed for settlement, including but not limited to, demand packages, settlement statements, etc.
  • Conduct audits and analyses of the team assigned cases for accuracy and compliance regarding case progress.

Qualifications:

  • Legal setting or case management experience preferred.
  • Personal Injury experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of case management systems (Filevine)
  • Capable of managing a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour depending on experience
