Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with one of Michigan's premier full-service firms to recruit a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join their respected and growing practice. This is a full-service role offering exposure to both traditional labor and employment law matters in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Highlights:

• 2-6+ years of experience in employment and/or traditional labor law (strong litigation or counseling experience considered)

• Advise on HR compliance, conduct internal investigations, handle litigation, and represent clients before agencies like the EEOC, NLRB, and DOL

• Opportunity to support union and non-union employers in negotiations, strategy, and dispute resolution

• Work with a diverse client base across industries - including Fortune 500 companies, school districts, and health systems

• Strong emphasis on mentorship, collaboration, and early responsibility

• Billable target: 1850 hours
