If you have 1–2 years of sales experience (or even none at all) and you’re eager to learn, we’ll give you the training, coaching, and real estate playbook to build a six-figure career.

$36,000 base + commission (OTE $72,000, top performers earn $90k+)

• Attack the phones every day — make calls, send texts, and push conversations forward
• Jump on inbound leads fast and turn them into real appointments
• Keep your pipeline tight: update notes in the CRM so nothing slips through
• Follow up like crazy — most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first call
• Show up for coaching calls ready to learn, role-play, and sharpen your sales game
• Bring energy, compete with your teammates, and do what it takes to hit your numbers

• Hungry, competitive, and coachable — you bring the drive, we’ll bring the training
• Some sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, call center, customer service, or athletics background are all great fits)
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable talking to people on the phone every day
• Organized and able to track conversations, follow up, and keep notes updated
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Local to Tampa Bay with reliable transportation
