Job Description

TRIO is excited to announce an immediate opening for a Designer in our Model Home Division . We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and hardworking interior design creative specializing in Model Homes with 7+ years’ experience to join our dynamic team and lead exciting projects from concept to completion.

The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design process from start to finish, working closely with clients, builders, contractors, and manage internal design team to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery. This is a key leadership role within our firm that requires a strong mix of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills.

The position requires strong communication and presentation skills, highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, knowledge of building codes, construction management, and interior design drawings.

This individual will lead and direct the work of others to works as a collaborative team on multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design solutions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
  • Highly proficient in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites)
  • Strong leadership and project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction processes, and industry standards
  • Knowledge of current design trends, technologies, and materials
  • Travel as necessary
