We are an energetic, passionate team focused on helping companies build world-class teams across the Capital Region and Central/Western New York, and we are looking for a talented Industrial Recruiter to join our internal recruitment and account management team.

As an Industrial Recruiter, your responsibilities will include :

• Recruitment & Placement activities: Source, Screen, and Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with clients and contract employees currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service. You will prioritize leveraging strategic and high-volume outreach to secure new candidate talent to represent to client companies. In addition, the industrial recruiter will resolve any candidate issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Account Management: Develop meaningful and high-impact relationships with ETS' client companies. Communicate with clients to ensure all of their needs are understood and addressed. Continually evaluate the customer experience to ensure first-class customer service. Evaluate data to understand changing needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of business-to-business development experience is preferred.
• A combination of business development and/or account management skills is required.
• Ability to thrive in a start-up, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
• Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual
• Must be commission compensation motivated
• Must be tech-savvy and adept at leveraging social media as part of a holistic sales strategy
• Must be a team player with a track record of making others better around you

First-year compensation expected to range from $70,000-$95,000 (base + commission)
