Human Resources Manager

Location: Greencastle, PA (On-site)

Industry: Light Industrial / Manufacturing

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus

Language Requirement: Bilingual – Fluent in English & Spanish

About the Role:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and bilingual HR Manager to oversee the daily human resources operations at our light industrial facility in Greencastle, PA . This role is critical to maintaining a compliant, productive, and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a predominantly hourly employee population and a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with operations, logistics, safety, and production teams.

Lead Responsibilities:

  • HR Leadership & Daily Operations
  • Lead all day-to-day HR functions on-site, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, policy enforcement, and performance management.
  • Act as the go-to HR partner for supervisors, managers, and frontline employees.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong employee relations through approachable communication, timely conflict resolution, and coaching.
  • Drive engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Compliance & Recordkeeping
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws including FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, EEO, and ADA.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data.
  • Recruiting & Retention
  • Partner with operations and staffing agencies to support high-volume recruiting for hourly positions.
  • Implement retention strategies and reduce employee turnover through proactive HR programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with department heads across production, quality, logistics, and safety to align HR efforts with operational goals.
  • Support training and development programs in collaboration with supervisors.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a light industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing HR functions in a facility with a large hourly workforce.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) – required.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on, visible leadership style.
  • Proficient with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
