Hiring Master Plumber-Residential & Multifamily System

We are looking for a licensed Master plumber to lead the installation, maintenance, and optimization of plumbing systems across multifamily housing projects (apartments & condos)
What You'll Do
Supervise plumbing installations and maintenance for multifamily housing.
Design plumbing systems, perform load calculations, and size piping accurately.
Train and guide in house teams on best practices for installation & maintenance.
Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes, permits, and inspections.
Coordinate with city officials, inspectors, and utility providers.
Recommend water-efficient, sustainable plumbing solutions.
Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For
Licensed Master plumber in Massachusetts.
proven Experience in residential and multifamily plumbing systems.
Expertise in water supply, drainage, gas piping and fixture installation.
Familiarity with Mass Save, EPA standards, and green building practices.
Strong ability to read architectural/mechanical/ plumbing drawings.
Leadership & Communication.
Bonus Skills
Experience with tankless water heaters, heat recovery, or smart plumbing systems
Knowledge of energy-efficient water systems and low-flow fixtures
Background in project management or construction coordination.
