Job Description

• Travel to job sites throughout New Orleans Parrish and surrounding areas.
• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on residential HVAC systems, including unitary and ductless equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of heating and cooling system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage service appointments, including documentation and customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new HVAC systems as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems required
• Electrical experience preferred Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service excellence.

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
