Pay range: $44/hr - $46/hr

Job Description :

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Editor to conceptualize and execute visually compelling creative work for social and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas to life while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative development and execution of visual design projects across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, producers, and cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment.
• Provide art direction to external vendors and production artists as needed.
• Partner with internal teams to select and manage vendors for project needs.
• Stay organized, work efficiently under tight deadlines, and solve creative challenges with agility.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing creativity with timely execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Portfolio required (demonstrating strong design expertise).
• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a focus on creative campaigns (digital, social, or advertising).
• Advanced skills in design fundamentals: typography, motion, 3D, digital/interactive, print, video/animation, and illustration.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional visual design sense with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting ideas cross-functionally.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Passion for creating thoughtful, high-quality work that resonates with audiences.
• Motion design experience (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable creative solutions.
