Our fast food restaurant client is looking for GENERAL MANAGERS for their locations in Macomb county and Oakland county ( Southfield )

SUMMARY

The General Manager will help support the company by maintaining an outstanding work environment at one of our thriving stores by providing leadership, direction, training, and development for all team members.

DUTIES for General Manager

• Executes company policies and procedures
• Maintains fast, accurate service, provides excellent customer service, and meets and/or exceeds both company and customer expectations
• Ensures continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Anticipates and identifies problems and initiates appropriate corrective action
• Manages and maintains safe working and store conditions
• Provides proper training for team members
• Interviews and hires team members
• Manages employees in a manner that maximizes crew retention
• Trains, monitors, and reinforces food safety procedures
• Works with the leadership team to meet sales goals
• Maximizes store sales goals versus budget
• Manages food and labor costs
• Monitors food inventory levels and orders product when necessary

REQUIREMENTS for General Manager

• Previous fast food or restaurant experience
• Experience in supervising and managing staff
• Exhibits a sense of urgency
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Guest-friendly demeanor
• Willing to work normal schedule of 50+ hours per week (all shifts)
