Full-Time Nanny
About the family:A loving family in Wilmington, MA is seeking a caring, dependable, and flexible full-time nanny to support two daughters, ages 12 and 15-year-old with autism, and nonverbal. The position involves both childcare and household support in a warm, family-oriented home.
Compensation & Benefits:Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Monday–Friday:
Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Afternoon/Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Assist with morning routines, breakfast, getting the kids ready for school
Be home for afternoon bus drop-off and supervise after school
Prepare simple, healthy meals or snacks
Drive to activities (reliable car required)
Light household tasks
Offer gentle supervision and engagement for the 15-year-old with autism
Ensure a safe, calm, and consistent environment
Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Must have a valid driver’s license required
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience with children on the autism spectrum is highly preferred
Dependable, calm, and flexible with changing schedules
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Must have 3–5 professional references
