Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design. 

We are developing AI-powered applications designed to transform the industry. We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer to join our team onsite in New York City from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications with a strong focus on design and user experience
  • Build, test, and deploy mobile applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and AI teams to deliver high-quality features
  • Own frontend architecture and contribute to the design system for consistency across platforms
  • Work within a fast-paced environment to deliver scalable and maintainable code
  • Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience creating and launching production-grade mobile applications available on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating well-designed and performant web applications
  • Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React and React Native
  • Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and frontend best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment
  • 2+ years' experience in frontend development
  • Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
  • Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
