Job Description

Receptionist – Downtown Dallas (City Center District)

💼 Contract-to-Hire | $22/hr → $44K when permanently hired

🎁 Bonuses: Two (2) $500 bonuses paid in April & December

👗 Wardrobe Allowance: One-time $1,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re seeking a professional, organized, and outgoing Receptionist to join a prestigious firm located in the City Center District of Downtown Dallas . This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of office experience who’s eager to grow in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Type: Contract-to-hire (permanent placement after successful contracting)

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Distribute mail and manage parking applications
  • Provide parking validations for guests
  • Submit and track building maintenance requests
  • Maintain updated team lists for the intranet
  • Share building communications (newsletters, fire drill notices, garage maintenance updates, etc.)
  • Assist with scanning projects and ensure final reports are loaded into System
  • Coordinate food and supply orders
  • Manage conference room reservations and check rooms before client meetings

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative or office experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
