• 1–2 years of experience writing T-SQL queries in SSMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formula-based metrics.
• Entry-level knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.

Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst with a strong background in business intelligence and financial modeling to support analytics tied to the No Surprises Act (NSA) legislation. This role blends financial analysis with healthcare data operations, requiring technical expertise and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Excel-based dashboards and develop decision models using data from multiple sources.
• Write and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures in SSMS.
• Compile and analyze data related to revenue cycle, finance, accounting, and NSA-eligible trips.
• Translate business requirements into structured data sourcing plans and build business-friendly reports.
• Work across patient accounting systems, clinical platforms, and data warehouses using SQL, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Support weekly dashboards, cash flow tracking, and NSA process flow reporting.

Compensation:

$85,000-$100,000 per year annual salary.
