Job Description

This is a contract position reporting to the CFO and has high visibility with exposure to senior level executives, and physicians! Excellent written and verbal is required! Qualified candidates should forward resumes to michelle.brewer@lhh.com

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting is REQUIRED !
  • Advanced Excel, pivot tables and vlookup required
  • Sage100 and Workday is preferred but not required
  • Mix of full cycle accounting and analysis to include reconciliation
  • 5+ years in financial analysis
  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
  • Reconciliations, month end close
  • Multiple P&L's - analysis and review
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Support service line profitability analysis and cost containment initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmark against industry standards.
  • Assist in evaluating payer contracts, reimbursement rates, and revenue cycle performance.
