We’re now hiring an Experience Concierge to be the first face patients see and the reason they can’t wait to return.

What you’ll do:

• Greet patients with warmth and hospitality as soon as they walk in
  
   
• Offer amenities like refreshments, blankets, or new patient tours
  
   
• Support patients with paperwork, insurance details, and check-in
  
   
• Monitor and fill schedule gaps proactively
  
   
• Maintain a clean, polished environment (snack bar, lobby, bathrooms, etc.)
  
   
• Assist with posting payments, reviewing balances, and uploading paperwork
  
   
• Use tools like CareStack, Slack, and texting platforms to stay organized and connected
  
   
• Be a team cheerleader—help set the tone in morning meetings and throughout the day

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, upbeat personality and natural people skills
  
   
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk (dental/medical a plus but not required)
  
   
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask gracefully
  
   
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
  
   
• A “how can I help?” attitude
  
   
• Reliable, coachable, and excited to grow in a supportive team

Pay & benefits:

• $18–22 per hour, depending on experience
