A well-funded, stealth-mode startup located mid-Peninsula is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support its Founder and help keep operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, in-office role, ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment and loves building structure from the ground up.
The primary focus of the role is calendar and schedule management, coordination with external partners and customers, and keeping priorities on track for a busy and fast-moving founder. You’ll also contribute to the broader needs of the team by overseeing light office management—handling things like ordering supplies, supporting onboarding, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
