This collaborative role requires supporting seasoned leadership teams who need a professional Executive Assistant capable of staying ahead of their fast-paced demands. The ideal candidate has extensive support experience, preferably within large or public companies.

• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive executive support to C-level leadership; managing complex scheduling and logistics; preparing executive-level materials and presentations; coordinating board meetings and preparation work; handling confidential communications and sensitive information; anticipating executive needs and proactively managing priorities; and supporting various corporate initiatives and processes.
• The ideal candidate possesses extensive C-level executive support experience; background supporting leadership in large or public companies; strong business acumen and understanding of corporate governance; ability to anticipate needs and work at an accelerated pace; exceptional organizational and communication skills; and discretion in handling sensitive information.
