Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and staff electrical projects.
Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to a high standard.
Responsible for laying out project work and ensuring that materials, tools, equipment, and information are scheduled to meet scope schedules.
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Maintain customer relationships.
Oversee multiple projects.
Provide supervision of crews on job sites.
Review project documents, plans, and specifications.
Visit various job sites to interact with crew, customers, general contractors, and tradesmen, ensuring proper job progress.
Create written proposals on projects to meet company and customer standards.

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience in an electrical or electrical estimating field.
Must be a licensed journeyman in Arkansas or Oklahoma.
Experience in estimating commercial and industrial projects.
Experience managing large projects and personnel.
Must have at least 5 years of experience running projects.
Must have at least 3 years of project management experience.
OSHA 10 Certification
Class E driver's license is highly preferred.
Must have excellent customer service.
