  Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all donors and customers
• Help the driver maintain donation box and donation station sites for collections
• Assist on two-man residential special routes, garage sales pick-ups, estates sale pick-ups, and fundraiser drive pick-ups
• Assist with collection box and trailer site placements and removals
• Help unload collections from truck(s) at the end of the routes
• Maintain clean and orderly donation sites and routes based on company operational protocols and standards
• Work safely and efficiently in loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• Possess the ability to regularly work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditions

Qualifications:

• Must possess valid state driver’s license
• Must be 21 years or older
• Applicant must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and climbing stairs; in and out of a truck frequently

Education and Experience:

• High School Degree, ED or equivalent work experiences.
