Sally's Apizza, renowned for its New Haven Style Apizza since 1938, is expanding our locations and corporate team nationwide! Famous for our distinctive tomato sauce and chewy, crispy crust with an iconic oven-kissed char, Sally’s draws pizza fans from around the world. We hand-craft authentic pizza in custom-designed ovens, using the original recipes. DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As the dishwasher you will. . . 

• Collect used kitchenware from trays.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock.
• Check washing machines ‘operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.
• Sanitize the kitchen area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Language

• English
• Basic Spanish (preferred but not required)

Experience

• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines.
• Time management skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings

• Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working.

Organizational Awareness

• Having and using knowledge of systems, situations, procedures, and culture inside the organization to identify potential problems and opportunities, perceiving the impact and the implications of decisions on other components of the organization.

Work Environment

• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
