We have an exciting client that is seeking to hire a Director Technical Support to help lead and improve operations of their support teams within the Medical Device industry. In this role, you will oversee a team of about 20 individuals including a manager to help improve things like response & resolution times, Net Promoter Scores and other metrics for healthcare practitioners using their products.
Our client is a well-established organization located in Irvine, California. This role is full-time, primarily on-site with a target salary around $150,000 - $210,000 + 15% bonus + $15,000 LTI and other perks.
