Job Description

Our client, a global leader in innovative gaming solutions, is seeking a Director of Enterprise Risk Management to lead the development and execution of their global ERM strategy. Based in Providence, RI with a hybrid work model, this high-impact role will partner with cross-functional teams to identify and manage risks across the enterprise, support strategic planning efforts, and deliver insights to senior leadership and the Board. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in ERM within tech-forward or highly regulated industries, strong regulatory knowledge, and a proactive, collaborative approach to embedding risk awareness throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ERM strategy and framework aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements
• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and scenario planning
• Maintain risk dashboards, heat maps, and KRIs; present insights to senior leadership and the Board
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, HR, and other teams to embed risk management into decision-making
• Assess technology and innovation risks, including AI/ML, cloud, and data privacy
• Support crisis management and business continuity planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Extensive ERM experience, ideally in a global tech or innovation-driven company
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, SOX, ISO 31000, NIST)
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Certifications such as CRM, FRM, or CERA are a plus

Expected salary for this role is $150,000 - $170,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
