Director Responsibilities:

• Participating in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Providing immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs
• Training new hires and setting the tone for shifts
• Being a friendly, encouraging team player
• Leading shifts and being a key holder
• Ensuring effective communication and finalizing day operations
• Problem-solving

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to smile and create emotional connections with Guests
• Reliable
• Strong people skills and commitment to superior customer service
• Experience in leadership roles preferred
• Problem-solving skills

• Leads by example
• Associate degree or higher preferred
