Position Summary
W3Global is seeking a driven and results-oriented Direct Hire Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment and contribute to business development efforts. This role blends talent acquisition expertise with client engagement and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for direct hire positions across Non-IT roles
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and social platforms
Conduct screening, interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and relationship building
Present staffing solutions to clients, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing accounts
Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs
Qualifications
Experience in recruiting, account management, or business development, preferably in a staffing or consulting environment.
Proven success in direct hire placements and client-facing roles
Proficiency in sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for recruiting and business development
