Title: Digital Project Manager

Contract Duration: 08/01/2025 - 01/30/2026

Pay Rate: $36/hr + benefits

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end project management for a variety of digital initiatives, from site updates and campaign launches to landing pages and feature enhancements.
• Collaborating closely with diverse cross-functional teams including UX/UI design, content, development, SEO, analytics, and localization.
• Managing project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintaining crystal-clear documentation and status reporting, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, potential risks, and blockers.
• Driving operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements, optimizing tooling, and streamlining workflows.
• Ensuring rigorous QA, accessibility, and performance standards are met for all deployments.
• Working hands-on with Salesforce’s CMS and digital asset management systems to effectively support web content delivery.
• Partnering strategically with internal marketing and product teams to align digital experiences with overarching strategic goals.

We're looking for a proactive and skilled professional with:

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in digital project management, with a strong preference for a B2B or tech environment.
• A strong understanding of website production workflows, various content management systems (such as AEM, Drupal, or WordPress), and front-end technologies.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to deftly manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• A solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, UX principles, and responsive design.
