Title: Digital Project Manager

Contract Duration: 08/01/2025 - 01/30/2026

Pay Rate: $36/hr + benefits

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading end-to-end project management for a variety of digital initiatives, from site updates and campaign launches to landing pages and feature enhancements.
Collaborating closely with diverse cross-functional teams including UX/UI design, content, development, SEO, analytics, and localization.
Managing project timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables using Agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintaining crystal-clear documentation and status reporting, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, potential risks, and blockers.
Driving operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements, optimizing tooling, and streamlining workflows.
Ensuring rigorous QA, accessibility, and performance standards are met for all deployments.
Working hands-on with Salesforce’s CMS and digital asset management systems to effectively support web content delivery.
Partnering strategically with internal marketing and product teams to align digital experiences with overarching strategic goals.

We're looking for a proactive and skilled professional with:

5+ years of dedicated experience in digital project management, with a strong preference for a B2B or tech environment.
A strong understanding of website production workflows, various content management systems (such as AEM, Drupal, or WordPress), and front-end technologies.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills that enable effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to deftly manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
A solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, UX principles, and responsive design.
