We are working with a client that is a ground-up developer of luxury multifamily, build-to-rent and commercial properties, to assist them in hiring a Development Analyst. The position will be responsible for working with the development and finance teams to help model and underwrite new real estate development projects. The position will also be called upon to do analyst work for asset management of existing operating properties.
To be qualified you must have at least a 4-year degree and at least 2 years of previous experience as a real estate analyst. Multifamily experience is required. Ground-up development experience is strongly preferred.
