3–5 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
Familiarity with common hardware and software troubleshooting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service mindset with attention to detail.
Experience maintaining asset logs and handling hardware lifecycle management is a plus.
