IDR is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to join our client—an industry leader in the hospitality space—on a high-impact, cross-functional initiative. This role will play a key part in supporting quality assurance efforts, with a strong emphasis on ensuring the accuracy of financial data, consistency in reporting, and system functionality during user acceptance testing (UAT).

The QA Analyst will review and validate deliverables for a special project, ensuring alignment with both business and technical requirements. They will also develop and execute UAT plans, verify data accuracy, and ensure system workflows operate as expected across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate financial data and reporting outputs for accuracy and integrity
• Ensure alignment with business and technical specifications
• Develop, manage, and execute detailed UAT test plans and test cases
• Validate end-to-end workflows and verify cross-platform behavior
• Identify, document, and help resolve defects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate results
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in QA or UAT roles, preferably in a financial or cross-functional environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data validation, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with QA tools and test management platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with financial systems or reporting in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar QA platforms
