Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning, transforming, and managing data using tools like SQL and Excel. The ideal candidate will support data integrity, reporting, and migration efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, validate, and transform large datasets using SQL and Excel.
• Extract, manipulate, and load data between systems.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Assist in data migration and integration projects.
• Document data processes

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a data-related role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data governance and quality standards.

Logistics

• Location : Indianapolis, Indiana (Keystone Crosssing)
• Hybrid: (Indianapolis, IN)
• Schedule: Standard work hours (8 AM – 5 PM)
• 3-Month Contract with the potential for extension
