Dairy Farm Manager position available on 34 cow dairy, 700 acre farm in Northwestern Wisconsin. Although this is a small farm it is highly efficient and profitable with excellent production. The tie-stall dairy is designed to be labor efficient with a computerized robotic feeding system including haylage and four automatic take-off units. Herd is closed and certified Johnes free. Owner operates another small dairy nearby. The manager MUST be self motivated and able to work independently with excellent herdsman skills and will also be responsible for helping with 700 acres of cropland. Must be a non-smoker. Will be paid a percentage of the milk check with a guaranteed base. Benefits include modern housing on-site.
