Job Title: Platform Specialist/Customer Support Specialist
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion to Full-time)
Location: Williamsville, NY 14221 (Onsite for first 30-60 days, then Hybrid -3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Looking for a candidate with experience in Data Entry, Customer Service , and Microsoft Excel . To qualify for this role, the candidate must complete a 3-minute typing test and achieve a minimum score of 40 words per minute (WPM) .
Overview:
The Platform Specialist is a productive and established individual contributor responsible for handling unique or complex customer transactions, including updates, corrections, and requests that occur outside the standard platform process. This role supports transaction processing while helping to drive platform adoption and operational efficiency.
Operating under moderate supervision, the Platform Specialist will address inquiries with speed and accuracy and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). The specialist will perform transactional functions, support associate requests, and promote consistent, high-quality service delivery.
