• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or warranty specialists when necessary.
• Follow established processes to assist customers in submitting claims or scheduling service.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant training a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling customer concerns.
