MUST-HAVES:
-High School Diploma or equivalent is required
-1+ Years of Customer Service, Call Center or Admin Assistant Experience
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through multiple systems and software's while on the phone with customers
