Customer Service Representative
12-Month Contract
$18/hr+ DOE
Fully Onsite

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable communication across phone, email, and fax channels to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Update customer accounts with accurate information and call notes

• Provide direction and solutions for account issues, billing, and payment methods

• Act as a liaison between customers and corporate departments to resolve requests

• Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and fax, including document fulfillment

• Research and resolve title exceptions (e.g., state transfers, name changes, lease-to-loan conversions)

• Support escalated customer inquiries such as titles, billing, and tax matters

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Automotive titling experience a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
