About Snowgroup

🌐 snowgroup.ca

Snowgroup is building the first full-stack digital ecosystem for winter sports travel — connecting 150M+ skiers and snowboarders to mountains, transportation, rentals, lodging, and local experiences.

Our ecosystem includes:
• Reservewinter – a multi-mountain travel marketplace
• Snowclub – group travel, resale, social commerce, loyalty
• Snowbus – transportation + our core acquisition wedge

We’re expanding across dozens of mountains this season and activating hundreds of local vendors. To do that, we need a driven, organized, self-starting operator to help scale vendor onboarding and customer experience at speed.

The Role

This is a hybrid lead role blending:
• Vendor onboarding
• Light sales/outreach
• Customer support
• Mountain expansion operations

You will be one of the key people helping us bring new mountains, vendors, and experiences online. You’ll support customers, manage communication threads, and keep the marketplace clean, updated, and running smoothly.

This is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, talking to people, and making things happen in a fast-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

Vendor Onboarding & Mountain Expansion
• Prospect and reach out to local vendors (rentals, tours, lessons, lodging, etc.) at new mountains
• Help onboard and activate vendors quickly — gather details, photos, pricing, policies
• Manage marketplace accuracy: listings, availability, vendor categories, pricing
• Support mountain expansion playbooks (priority lists, research, local outreach)
• Track momentum and follow-ups in HubSpot / ClickUp

Customer Experience & Support
• Provide responsive, friendly support for customers (transportation, bookings, vendor questions)
• Troubleshoot trip logistics, refunds, rescheduling, vendor policies, and checkout issues
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve customer needs or confirm availability
• Surface recurring issues or improvement opportunities

General Operations Leadership
• Maintain smooth daily operations across multiple mountains
• Help prepare weekly reports on vendor onboarding progress and customer insights
• Identify workflow gaps and propose ideas to make us faster and more efficient
• Bring energy: take initiative without waiting for instructions

This is not a narrow “ticket support” job. It’s a frontline operator role helping scale a global winter marketplace.

What We’re Looking For
• 2–5+ years in customer service, sales/outreach, hospitality, tourism, or marketplace operations
• Strong communicator — warm, clear, persuasive, and reliable
• Self-starter who moves quickly, follows up, and keeps things organized
• Comfortable handling outreach, conversations, onboarding, and data entry
• Tech-friendly: able to learn Figma, HubSpot, ClickUp, internal tools
• Ability to work async and independently with minimal hand-holding
• Bonus if you:
• Know the ski/snow/outdoor world
• Have experience in travel, activities, or e-commerce marketplaces
• Speak Spanish or French
• Have experience managing multiple mountains/regions in past roles

Above all: you take initiative, follow through, and love the feeling of moving the needle.

Engagement Details
• 4–8 week pilot (part-time or flexible schedule)
• Deferred compensation with potential equity or bonus post-raise
• Remote and async-friendly
• Direct collaboration with founder + operations
• Start date: ASAP
