Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support a busy talent acquisition team during a parental leave period. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, high-volume requisition management, and consistent candidate data upkeep within the ATS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition load across multiple business units.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively identify and engage qualified talent.
• Conduct initial screening conversations and evaluate candidate fit for various professional roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interview logistics in partnership with the recruiting coordinator.
• Draft and update job postings to ensure accurate and compelling role descriptions.
• Prepare and deliver weekly recruiting status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support hiring needs across departments such as IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience supporting professional or technical roles.
• Proven experience working within professional services, law firm environments, or similar industries.
• Required: LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.
• Strongly Preferred: Workday ATS experience; exposure to Rooster is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Additional Details:
• Start Date: Targeting mid-January (no later than end of month)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week
• Overtime: May be available with manager approval
• Interview Process: 3–4 virtual interviews with the recruiting and HR leadership teams
